It depends on the package. Our basic packages take 1–2 hours, while comprehensive full details can take 3–5 hours. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.

Yes! We are completely self-contained. We bring all our own equipment, water supply, and professional-grade products. All we need is access to your vehicle and a safe place to work.

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash on completion of service. Payment is collected after the work is done and you are satisfied.

You don't need to be present the entire time, but we require access at the start and a brief inspection at the end. Many clients leave us to it and come back to a spotless vehicle.

We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a small service fee.

Yes! We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products that are safe for all paint types, finishes, and interior materials including leather, fabric, and plastics.
